EXPERIENCE THAT COUNTS: I moved to the Methow Valley at the age of 19 with $200 in my pocket. I was searching for recreation opportunities and a high quality of life. Since then I have lived everywhere from the orchards of Squaw Creek near Pateros to the recreation Mecca of Mazama. Living all over the valley has given me a unique perspective on the diversity the Methow has to offer. The knowledge I have gained from these experiences provides the insight to recognize, and provide for my clients buying and selling needs.
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE I have also been committed to a high level of customer service throughout my working experiences, which include: Carpentry, general contractor, land use planning, building designer and designer of onsite utilities including water and wastewater systems. I represented the Washington Association of Realtors as a member of the Washington Department of Health, Technical Review Committee (TRC) and the Advisory Committee from 1988 to 2002. My extensive background in many aspects of the construction industry provides me with the knowledge needed to represent my client's interests even in the most complicated properties and transactions.
